Burhan Saleh is an Iraqi-Turkmen artist based in Goes, the Netherlands, working across painting and printmaking. His work focuses on graphic art, particularly woodcuts and linocuts, through which he explores human emotion, storytelling, and inner experience. What makes his practice unique is that he transforms his woodcuts into original artworks by hand-coloring them with paint, rather than only producing prints.
